Wheelchair users will be shown into the auditorium, it’s level access straight into the venue. Any customers who need a seat in the balcony (Dress Circle), note that there's a number of steps and stairs with turns from the foyer to this upper level. Please do let us know in advance if you require assistance or alternative arrangements, and we shall do our best to help you.

Just so you know, e-cigarettes and vapes are not permitted, please see our FAQs for details.

There’s a large bar in the main auditorium, unfortunately it doesn't have a lowered counter but our staff will be close by and happy to help you with any service you may need.

Our box office counter is at an accessible height, it’s got an induction loop and you’ll find it at the side of the venue on Portland Gate.

Please bring all your booking information with you.

Please let our staff know if you need assistance for our cloakroom facilities when you arrive and they can help you for both stalls and upper levels.

There’s an accessible toilet controlled by a RADAR key which staff will provide access to if needed. It’s just outside the auditorium on ground level. There are more toilets available in the same area, so please speak to any member of staff for directions and assistance, especially if you’re visiting us for the first time.

We have a medics room in the venue (ground level), if you require any assistance or a private area at any point, please just speak to a member of the team. Any particular requirements can of course be asked, in confidence and in advance. Just get in touch.

If there is merchandise for sale, it is usually found in the main auditorium at the back of the venue, so please ask us if you need any assistance.
